  1. What is Hestia’s cancellation policy?

    Hestia will provide a 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in and a 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
     

  2. What is Hestia’s damage and incidentals policy?

    Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by anyone in their party during their stay. 
     

  3. Are children allowed?

    Yes, children are allowed at both the New Orleans and the West Palm Beach Properties.
     

  4. Are pets allowed?

    Yes, pets under 50 lbs are allowed at both the New Orleans and the West Palm Beach Properties. All pets are by request only. We ask that you not bring more than two (2) pets with you and there will be a $100 additional charge for pets.
     

  5. Is smoking allowed?

    No, smoking is not allowed inside any Hestia property and both Hestia properties are zero-tolerance for any kind of drugs or controlled substances.
     

  6. Can I host an event at one of the properties?

    No, events and parties of any significant size are not allowed at any Hestia property.
     

  7. What is the maximum number of guests allowed at the properties?

    Each of the Hestia properties can accommodate up to 10 adult guests.
     

  8. I’m under 21, can I book a stay with Hestia?

    You must be 21 or older at the time of your booking of the Hestia property.
     

  9. How do I book a Hestia property?

    We do not offer direct booking through the website. Please use the Booking Request Form and someone from our team will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
     

  10.  How do I cancel or modify my stay with Hestia?

    Please contact our team to make any cancellations or modifications to your travel. Keep in mind Hestia will provide a 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in and a 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
     

  11. Are there parking accommodations at any of the properties?

    There is street parking available for the New Orleans location and a driveway available at the West Palm Beach location.
     

  12. Are there ADA accessible accommodations?

    Yes, there are ADA accessible accommodations. 
     

  13. Is there a pool at any of the Hestia properties?

    There is a pool located at the West Palm Beach property.
     

  14. Is there fitness equipment available for use at any of the properties?

    There is not fitness equipment available on-site at any Hestia property.
     

  15. Is there a full kitchen?

    Both the West Palm Beach and New Orleans locations offer a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove-top and oven as well as basic kitchen tools and cooking equipment.
     

  16. What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Guests may check in after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must check out before 10:00 AM on the day of departure. 
     

  17. What if I need to cancel or modify my travel plans after my stay has started?

    Please contact our team to make any cancellations or modifications to your travel. Keep in mind Hestia will provide a 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in and a 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
     

  18. Are there safety features at the Hestia properties?

    Yes, there is an alarm system at both the West Palm Beach and New Orleans properties and instructions on how to use each system are provided upon your booking being finalized.
     

  19. Are these properties clean? What are your cleaning protocols?

    Each property is thoroughly cleaned before, during and after every stay. The cleaning fee is included in your booking price.
     

  20. Is there Wi-Fi included?

    Yes, Wi-Fi is available and included in the price of your stay at both properties.
     

  21. Is there a television on property?

    Yes, there is a television which includes a basic cable subscription at each of our locations.
